Executive Voice & Presence Coaching
for Calm Authority Under Pressure

Voice, breath and presence coaching for rising leaders, founders, executives and high-potential professionals who want to command attention, stay grounded and communicate with calm authority under pressure.

You have mastered strategy.
But has anyone trained your voice?

Most leaders spend years developing their expertise, strategy and decision-making. But very few are ever trained to use their voice, breath and body under pressure.

In high-stakes moments, that gap becomes visible. Your voice tightens, your breath becomes shallow and you start to rush.

The result: your message does not land with the authority it deserves.

Train the instrument behind your leadership.

I’m Ben Jankowitsch, an opera singer turned executive voice coach helping leaders, founders and high-potential professionals develop the voice, breath and presence they need to communicate with calm authority under pressure.

My work combines voice training, breath control, pacing and physical presence for high-stakes professional situations such as pitches, presentations, leadership meetings and media appearances.

It is practical, physical and precise. This is not about becoming louder or more performative. It is about training the way you speak, breathe and carry yourself when people are listening.

  • 1:1 over Zoom
  • Available in English or German
  • Daily practice between sessions, 5 to 10 minutes

Vocal authority

Speak so people listen, without raising your voice or forcing confidence.

Breath control under pressure

Use performer-based breathing techniques to stay calm before and during high-stakes moments.

Calm authority under pressure

Train your nervous system to stay grounded when your heart races, your voice shakes or your mind goes blank.

Pace, rhythm and silence

Stop rushing. Learn to use pauses, pacing and silence as leadership tools.

Physical presence

Align your body, breath and voice so your presence supports your message before you say a word.

From opera stages to executive presence

Before coaching leaders, I spent more than 7 years performing with leading opera ensembles, with appearances at the Salzburg Festival, Théâtre des Champs-Élysées Paris, Grand Théâtre de Genève, Wiener Volksoper and Vienna Concert Hall.

That is where I learned how voice, breath and presence work under pressure.

This is for you if…

  • You have stepped into or are preparing for a bigger role and need to present, pitch and lead with more authority.
  • You are a founder, executive, rising leader or high-potential professional preparing for more visible communication moments.
  • Your voice does not always carry the confidence you feel inside.
  • You get nervous, rush, tighten up or go blank under pressure.
  • You want to command attention without being loud, aggressive or performative.
  • You know you are good at what you do and you want to sound like it.
