We identify what happens to your voice, breath, body, and mind when the stakes rise.

You learn performer-based breathing techniques that help you stay calm, grounded, and vocally steady.
Week 3
Vocal presence and authority
You train resonance, projection, and vocal clarity so people can hear authority in your voice without you needing to push.
Week 4
Calm authority under pressure
You work with the racing heart, shaking voice, blank mind, and physical tension that can appear in high-pressure moments.
Week 5
Pace, rhythm, and silence
You learn to stop rushing and start using pauses, pacing, and silence as leadership tools.

How the program works
The program runs over 8 weeks, with one private 45-minute session per week on Zoom.
Each session is tailored to your current professional challenges, whether you are preparing for a pitch, leading meetings, speaking to a team, or working on your general presence under pressure.
Between sessions, you receive a short daily practice of 5 to 10 minutes. These exercises help you integrate the work into your body, breath, and voice, so the tools become available when you need them.
The program is available in English or German.
