Who is this for?
This is for rising leaders, founders, executives and ambitious professionals who want to speak with more authority, stay calm under pressure and develop a voice that matches their expertise. It is especially useful if you present, pitch, lead meetings, speak to teams or communicate in high-stakes professional situations.
Do I need any previous experience with voice training or public speaking?
No. Many clients come to me without any formal training in voice, breathing, performance or public speaking.
The program is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you are stepping into a larger leadership role or already speaking regularly in high-stakes situations, we focus on the specific challenges that matter most to you.
The goal is not to become a performer. The goal is to communicate with more calm, clarity and authority under pressure.
What happens in a session?
We meet 1:1 over Zoom for 45 minutes.
Each session combines voice training, breathwork, nervous system regulation, pacing, physical presence and practical application to your real professional situations.
Will this work online?
Yes. The program is designed to be delivered online and all sessions take place via Zoom.
Because we focus on voice, breathing, presence and communication habits, the work translates extremely well to an online format. Many clients appreciate being able to train from the same environment in which they regularly lead meetings, present ideas and communicate professionally.
Is this singing coaching?
No. This is not singing lessons.
I use techniques from my opera training, including breath control, resonance, vocal projection, pacing and performance preparation, and apply them to how you speak and present in professional settings.
Is this therapy or breathwork?
This is not therapy, and it is not breathwork as a standalone practice.
Breath is an important part of the method, because your breathing directly affects your voice, pace, nervous system and presence under pressure. But the goal is not a general breathwork experience. The goal is practical communication performance: helping you speak with more calm, clarity and authority in professional situations.
The program does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.
How is this different from a public speaking coach?
Most public speaking coaches focus on content, slides and delivery techniques.
I focus on your instrument: your voice, your breath, your nervous system, your body, and your presence.
I train you to stay calm, sound authoritative and remain present under pressure, whatever the stakes.
What is Executive Voice Coaching?
Executive voice coaching helps you improve how you speak, not just what you say.
It develops vocal presence, breath control, pacing and confidence so you can communicate clearly and authoritatively in high-pressure situations: meetings, investor pitches, presentations and leadership conversations.
What is executive presence?
Executive presence is the ability to communicate with clarity, calm and authority in moments where people are looking to you for direction.
It is not about being loud or dominant. It is about how your voice, body, attention and energy come together when the stakes are high.
Can this help if my voice shakes when presenting?
Yes. A shaking voice is often connected to breath, tension, adrenaline and nervous system activation.
This program helps you understand what happens in your body and train practical tools to stay more grounded and vocally steady.
Can this help if I rush when speaking?
Yes. Rushing is one of the key things we work on.
You will learn to use pacing, pauses, rhythm and silence so your message has more weight and people have time to absorb what you say.
Can this help if I am already a confident speaker?
Yes. Many strong speakers still rush, tighten up under pressure or lose access to their best voice when the stakes are high. This program helps you become more consistent, more grounded and more effective in those moments.
Can this help with vocal fatigue?
It can support more efficient voice use, especially if you spend a lot of time speaking in meetings, presentations or calls. However, persistent hoarseness, pain or voice loss should be assessed by a qualified medical or voice professional.
What is the time commitment?
The 8-week program includes one 45-minute session per week.
Between sessions, you will have a short daily practice of 5 to 10 minutes.
In total, expect around 1.5 to 2 hours per week.
Why is the program 8 weeks?
Voice, breath and presence are physical skills.
They need time, repetition and real-world integration.
Eight weeks gives you enough structure to build lasting change without overwhelming your schedule.
How much is the 8-week program?
The 8-week Voice, Breath & Presence Program is EUR 2,000.
This is a private 8-week executive training process, not a set of isolated lessons. The program includes 1:1 coaching, personalized daily practice, a tailored pre-performance routine and practical tools for your real professional situations.
Do you work in German and English?
Yes. I am a native speaker of both German and English.
Many clients in the DACH region work in German internally but present or pitch in English internationally.
I can support both.
What happens between sessions?
You receive short daily exercises lasting 5 to 10 minutes.
These help reinforce what we covered in the session and train the skills into your body, voice and nervous system.
What if it is not the right fit?
If after the first session you feel this is not the right fit, you receive a full refund.
No questions asked.
